The number of technical staff in edible mushroom production, management, and researching is 21. Five edible mushroom experts had been joined the Golden Fields. The factory had equipped with two most advanced assembly line and two extreme sanitized Inoculation workshops. The production of Shiitake batches is 30,000 pieces daily and 10 tons of fresh flower mushrooms, which creates revenue of RMB 150,000,000 and ranked as one of the top enterprises in the industry of edible mushroom.
